The 2008 Annual Meeting of the Kansas-Oklahoma Conference...
The Conference Council and Annual Meeting Planning Committee invite YOU to attend the 2008 annual meeting. We will gather together around the theme. Renew, Rebuild, Respond. This will be a time for us to Renew our commitment to one another as members of the body of Christ. This is a time to Rebuild and restore relationships and reach out to new friends. This is a time to Respond to Jesus, "the great Sower." Our scripture for this year's annual meeting is Matthew 13:18 - 23. Our guest preacher is the Reverend Dr. Jane Heckles, representing the Office of the General Minister and President of the United Church of Christ.
This is a Family Reunion. There will be NO REGISTRATION FEEfor those who register before Friday, August 15, 2008. Please note: You must be registered before August 15 to get your Annual Meeting Handbook in the mail. Registrations received in the office after August 15, will be charged a registration fee of $125.00. Annual Meeting handbooks will not be mailed to those who register after August 15. Delegates, youth and visitors will be responsible for their own hotel reservations and meals including paying for the Women’s Fellowship Friday night banquet ($30.00) and the Saturday night banquet ($30.00)
